Fatality due to roof fall at the face of a working section. **The fall pinned the victim between the roof fall and the coal rib. Retreat mining was taking place in the 003-0 section at the time. Fall was approximately 30 feet wide, 20 feet long and ranging from 4 inches to 4 feet thick.**
