WORKER WAS OPERATING A CAT D60 DOZER AND WAS MAKING A PAD TO PLACE A 6" GORMAN-RUPP WATER PUMP ON. DOZER TILTED OVER, WORKER WAS PINNED UNDER DOZER. HE RECEIVED MASSIVE INJURIES FROM WEIGHT OF DOZER.
