THE FATALLY INJ PERSON WAS TRAMMING THE JOY CONTMINER ACROSS THE SECTION WHEN HE STOPPED TO THROW THE MINER CABLE OUT OF THE WAY-HE WAS BETWEEN THE MINER & COAL RIB. IN THE PROCESS OF THROWING THE CABLE HE INADVERNTLY HIT THE TRAM LEVER CAUSING THE MINER TO SLIDE INTO THE RT RIB CRUSHING HIM
