EMPLOYEE WAS OPERATING A ROCK TRUCK, DUMPING INTO HOLLOW FILL #6. HE BACKED TO THE DUMP AND THEN REPOSITIONED TRUCK. AT THIS TIME THE TRUCK WENT OVER THE HILL. HE WAS THROWN FROM THE TRUCK AND RECEIVED FATAL INJURIES.
