MINER POSITIONED HIMSELF OVER WITHDRAWAL POINT IN MIDDLE OF SILO WHILE TRYING TO DISLODGE OBSTRUCTION. WHEN MATERIAL STARTED TO FLOW MINER BEGAN TO SINK AND WAS ENGULFED - RESULTING IN SUFFOC ATION.
