THE VICTIM, EE, AGE 7 WAS COLLECTING QUARTZ CRYSTALS AT THE BASE OF THE HIGH WALL WHEN THE OVER BURDEN COLLAPSED STRIKING THE VICTIM KNOCKING HIM TO THE GROUND.
