AS THE VICTIM WAS WASHING DOWN THE AREA OF THE BUNKER, HE BECAME PINNED BETWEEN AN UPRIGHT BEAM AND THE RAIL BUNKER CAR. THE RESULT WAS FATAL CRUSHING INJURIES.
