THE EMPLOYEE WAS PINNNED BETWEEN THE FRONT BUMPER OF A PICKUP AND A FILING CABINET. THE PICKUP WAS DRIVEN BY THE PLANT MANAGER WHILE HAVING A SEIZURE. THE EE DIED AS A RESULT OF HER INJURI ES.
